അഴകിയ രാവണനിലെ ‘ഹേ ദിൽറുബാ ഇതു സംഗമോൽസവ’ത്തിനു ശേഷം കേൾക്കുന്ന അതേ റേഞ്ചുള്ള ഒരു ഗാനം. ബീജീ കഴിഞ്ഞ് പല്ലവിയിലേക്കെത്തുന്ന ഫീൽ നന്നായിരിക്കുന്നു. അറബിക് ലൈൻസോടെയുള്ള തുടക്കം, പെർക്കഷൻ ഇവയൊക്കെ വളരെ വ്യത്യസ്തത നൽകുന്നു ഗാനത്തിന്. ഉണ്ണിയുടെ റേഞ്ച് വളരെ വലുതാണ്. താരസ്ഥായിയിൽ ശബ്ദത്തിനൊട്ടും പതർച്ച വരുന്നില്ല എന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഗുണം. ഈണത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് രാഹുലിന്റെ വരികളും നന്നായി, നല്ല ഫീൽ, മൂഡ് വരികൾക്ക് കൊടുക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. ആ പാട്ട് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന സാഹിത്യം, വാക്കുകൾ തെരഞ്ഞുപിടിച്ച് കോർത്തിണക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ…. പിന്നെ, ഒന്നാം ചരണത്തിലെ അവസാനം ‘കാണുമോ കൂടെയെൻ സ്വപ്നമായ് നീ… ഓ…’ കഴിഞ്ഞ് ‘ഈ രാവിൽ’ ചെന്നു ചേരുന്നത് പല്ലവിയുടെ തുടക്കമായ ‘ഇരവിന്റെ വീഥിയിൽ’ എന്നതിനോടാണ്. കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ ‘ഈ രാവിൽ ഇരവിന്റെ വീഥിയിൽ…’ എന്ന് അടുത്തു വരുന്നു. അതുപോലെ ‘ഇരുട്ടിന്റെ വഴിയിൽ നിഴൽ..’ അങ്ങനെയുള്ള ചില ചേരുവകൾ ഒഴിവാക്കാമായിരുന്നു. സിബുവിന്റെ ഓർക്കസ്റ്റ്രേഷനും നല്ല ക്വാളിറ്റി, നിലവാരം. തുണ്ടുപല്ലവിയിലെ ആ എഫക്ട്സ് അത്രയും നീളണമായിരുന്നോ? മിക്സിങ്ങിൽ വോക്കൽ അൽപ്പം താഴെയാണോ എന്നൊരു സംശയം, അതോ എന്റെ പ്ലേയർ പ്രശ്നമാണോ…
